Straight from the London Design Festival 2013 comes the December chair, designed by Jasper Morrison and Wataru Kumano for Finnish manufacturer Nikari. Described by Morrison as having "a slightly rural character and definite Scandinavian influence," the low-slung ash and linen chairs were commissioned as part of the 12 Designs for Nature series. And while the joinery definitely has the look of fancy Scandinavian craftsmanship, each chair is meant to be assembled by the owner at home.
